The Lumia 800 is available (after discount coupon) for 19790 on eBay. Again an excellent buy at that price. However, since you seem to be particular about extra memory, that wouldn't help either. If you aren't in a hurry, you might as well save up some more over the next couple of months or so and get the Galaxy S Advance.

Nokia Lumia 900 should get a variant in India.
I am not too sure about this one. Would be good if it happens. It was initially supposed to be a US only model - a larger Lumia 800 running on LTE to be precise. They later included Europe into the mix. There is a slight possibility for the device to arrive in India, though I do not see any major difference apart from the larger screen (and effectively lower ppi as the resolution is the same). I plan to get this from the US if I find a good deal though.

Why don't you go for Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro? Its a wonderful product for less than 14K. My cousin has it and its superb.

Xperia Mini Pro seems good. Only drawback is qwerty keyboard.

You mean the presence of a keypad is a drawback? I guess it should not be. You can opt not use the keypad always though.

Anyways, then Xperia Mini is just what you need. Almost same specs, without the keyboard and also without the front cam; and yes, a bit cheaper too.

Have a look at Motorola Defy+. I bought this phone around two weeks back and it's really good for 14.4k. The only downside is that Motorola is not going to upgrade it's OS to ICS. But I would be flashing CM9 when a stable version is available, the beta version is almost stable I read, with only minor bugs.
