Sun Direct earlier has made announcement that they will not charge for channels until service is restored....I am using malayalam basic...three channels are missing...kairali we, indiavision and chirithira in addition to channels such as star cricket and zee sports, which i have subscribed and missing since july 7...Today i have noticed that i have been charged for one month(18-7-2010 to 17-8-2010) for sports channels consisting of ten sports and zee sports...it is very much clear that service has not been restored so far...so why they charged me for those channels....i want to complain it to nodal officer kerala...pls raise your protest against this approch of Sun Direct
