Hi

I called yesterday to recharge my STB,
i choose Malayalam Option in IVRS ... a sickular person takes the phone !

i talk to them in malayalam... he dont knw the language :hysterical: , then i talk to english... he dont knw english too :hysterical:.... i asked why u sitting there ?? his ans: There's some technical issue... Try the recharge tmrw @ 8.AM

Repeated the process again in 8.15 am, a girl taken (she's murmuring there "a customer on the line, take it.. take it....., heared some guyz noise "press the hold" ") after i heared a ****n music... finally call disconnected


Retryed .... another guy taken... he asked my name, cell number , recharge number & stb id.... after sometime ... they asked which package do you want ? i replied "malayalam" ... his ans:: "sorry to tell u that, there's some errors, u may try after some hours"


Wat a ****n... Customer care & service ... !

Then i tried SMS recharge.... Still im getting internal server error message... 175 messages

Online Recharge too not working...


Sun Direct ..... No doubt.. sun is the worst service provide i hav ever used

you tried sms and online recharge but getting server error.this is what those cc also told you.you are telling them they suck.but actually................
