from last 10-15 days i am facing picture crush problem in my SD regularly, please advice me how can I solve this problem, because CC never pick the phone.:frown::frown:

Normally it happens when thick and large cloud pass over the dish.
Go to the roof and do a visual check on dish, make sure that there is nothing between the sky and the dish.
Don't fiddle with the dish,
better call local dealer's technician for help.
Also it could be due to loose connection in cable connectors or link.

Passing clouds will never block the singnal, only heavy rain will do. This prob. may cause due to ur STB.

Theoretically may be you are right.
Practically I have experienced when 'dark' clouds pass over.
You are correct, me too experience this. But this happens only in Heavy Rainy season, that is any Cyclone or Low Pr. area formed in bay of Bengal. In normal time, that much of dark cloud is not happen.

This is may be due to the STB problem.. check your cables properly.. also check the signal strength and signal Quality when you get a picture...Also try to do a Manuel OTA update if available... When i had SD i had a picture freezing problem also STB restart problem.. when i did a OTA Update. the restart problem is gone.. and pic freezing issue also reduced.
