No way, they are deducting tax from the RCV card directly.If u recharge your card with 100rs it is showing 89rs balance.

All other Dth providers are providing the packages inclusive of TAXSun dth needs to learn from them

at sun website it is clearly mentioned as +tax after each new package.for exVenus Rs.60 + taxVenus Plus Rs.115 + tax

i just purchased recharge account and in that it is mentioned that it is inculsive of taxesThey have given some rate for tax and few words like INCLUSIVE OF SERVICESo i guess we do not need to pay for TAX

saying it again.just put 100rs card and your account will show 89rs.So they are deducting rs11 per 100rs card.

hey i am a bit confused with my balance, I am on the free subscription period of Freedom package.Yesterday i charged with Rs 500 through website for Venus + and zee sports package. At my balance window, its shown like this-Available balance- 55Indian rupee - 110wht does it means????, which is my original balance???plse help me

hey i am a bit confused with my balance, I am on the free subscription period of Freedom package.
Yesterday i charged with Rs 500 through website for Venus + and zee sports package. At my balance window, its shown like this-

Available balance- 55
Indian rupee - 110

wht does it means????, which is my original balance???
plse help me

rs 500 means=500-55(tax)=445rs

u tak venus +=445-345=100
u tak zee sports also=100-45=55

ur actual account will be 55 rs only

indian rupee 110 means 55 + tax(55)=110
