Hi , i am hoping if any one of u suggest the correct solution to fix the problem w.r.t sundirect dth . we booked the sun-direct DTh connection to watch the IPL mathes through the distributor . he installed the connection on last wednesday ,but howver the channels are not activated until today . numerous calls were made to him and evry time they come with a new problem . they ask me to switch on the KTV and hope for the activation is done in another 30 to one hour . like this it was already 120 hours (5 days)passed on . i called up the cc today and registered the issue this evening . i do not how soon there woud be any update from either distributor or cc . did any one faced similar issue ? can i have any nodal officer number or mail id to register this issue ? Please let me know if u have any suggestions to resove this . did any one faced similar problems regarding the activation ?
