[SUN DTH REPS]CNN AUDIO Only available in LEFT channel !

I bought this Venus plus package for sun direct and activated few days back.everything is fine ,except CNN which is muted by default .I have to use remote to go to audio> left channel to hear the audio .SUN DTH reps here please take a note of this problem! really annoying!

please help! I checked my TV for any fault.but everything is right.DVD player works fine too. OR... is this something to do with STB ?I already replaced STB once.this is the new one(in metallic color unlike black homecast STB).

Prakash,How you changed your STB? My uncle in Kerala is using the old STB (small silver colour one) which he is facing HANGING issue. Can he also change the STB? Will the Dealer do it?Pls explain... Smile

^yes ,he can also change:evil: . well ,I changed for a reason. last time the firmware updated happened ,the old STB hanged and cant even reset itself.so ,changed.but old stb color(homecast) was black color!new one is metallic color.it also used to have the problem of hanging and audio lost sometime and hangs.last firmware update fixed this. now ,only gripe is this CNN audio problem*REMEMBER ,WE ARE GIVEN STB FOR LEASE ,SO IT IS THEIR(SUN DISTRIBUTOR) DUTY TO CHANGE STB*
