:madnessaily new cases files against Sun DTH... sun dth enemies are planned to postpone the DTH lanch for 6 months.... as per rules sun tv lanch the dth with in 6 months.if they dont people will ask them..so people make problems against sun in the future... sun tv enemies planned like the above. so that daily they files cases against sun network:madness:

No one has got a stay order against the launch. Sooner sun starts the service, its chances will be better to win the cases.

I think the reasons for the non-launch are internal; infrastructure is not ready. The pressure to vacate from DMK headquarters when the new premise is not ready, must have thrown their plans out of gear.
