Super slow speed from last 10 days

Hello,I am from Ghatkopar (Mumbai)Plan 849 NU.Suddenly from last 10 days speed has reduce drastically.Previously I used to get download speed of 214 kbps and now it has reduce to 180 - 160 kbps.On mtnl mumbai site.on check mtnl triband connection speed has also reduce.previously I use to get 1.820 mbps ka connection and now I get only 1.250 Mbps ka connection only.can u ppl tell what can I do.I called and complain mtnl ppl.They have filled a complain.I got my mtnl line checked which is coming to my pc from an mtnl guy he said it is completely fine and working perfect.Still dont know the cause of the problem.Kindly guide what should I do next.Thanks and Regards,Uchit Shah

^^you see it is UPTO 2 Mbps connection...so do not expect speeds to be constant at that level everytime

Run a speedtest on speedtest.net and report the speeds here.And by d way Like others have mentioned, speeds are upto 2 mbps.it's not dedicated 2 mbps line.So you are not gonna get constant 2 mbps all the time.

when in doubt, always try downloading a well seeded torernt from a private tracker or get the free open office latest version.. I generally use them whenever i want to determine my max speed..
