i have a Syrotech modem , in that modem the port that connecting to landline is broken . so i borrowed a same modem from my friend and copy the settings from modem and uploaded into the new modem . unfortunately it doesnt work it shows all the signal light are green , the landline connection is working sadly no internet . but if i hotplug the connection and plug into my old modem the internet connection is coming . how can i connect it to new modem?

BSNL binds the Mac address of your router/ONU to your account. If you are trying to use a new router it will not work out-of-the-box. Plug the fiber cable to your new router, call your LCO and ask him to redo the mac binding then it will start working.

@caspian The LCO needs to bind your new ONT to their OLT and also They need to bind WAN MAC for BSNL PPPOE Authentication .

So you need to contact the LCO for the support
