Since yesterday, I have noticed the login page for router has changed (probably a remote firmware update), it contains captcha verification as well. Anyway, I tried entering 'stdONU101' as password, but it doesn't work anymore, any ideas? Also, user-user combination didn't work(forbidden error or something along those lines)

c) fiber cable chargers (how much free & if need extra than how many Rs/Mtrs),

a) ONT - ₹2500.
b) Installation - ₹500.
c) Extra fiber cable - ₹200 (about 12-15m extra).
d) Security deposit - ₹849 (which is the plan that i chose).
e) Voice is still not activated ( I talked with the LCO he said activation is free) and no extra charge only 18% GST on billed amount.
Q2. Syrotech ONT Model - SY-GPON-1110-WDONT
Q3. Directly from BSNL.
Q4. I applied in December, It took 20 days for installation (because the fiber cable was not already laid in my area) and the connection was started right away.
Q5. My connection is 50mbps. I'm getting download speed of 30-40mbps and upload speed is around 30.
Q6. Yes, I'm too facing a lot of connection loss. The connection is not stable at all.
Q7. I live in Jammu city.
Q8. Its a black box not far from my house.
Q9. No Telephone.
Q10. Black fiber cable (BSNL Office is at about 500m from my house).
Q11. The ONT is decent. 2.5gh only. I live in 2 story house. The ONT is installed on the ground floor . The range is good on that floor. On 1st floor its not so good so i'm using Tenda AC5 router as wifi repeater. The performance is good in every room/corner even with the repeater.

1.) can you share the pic of your first month bill? (Hide the personal details). If parer bill not available than you can also get it from BSNL Portal website . Just signup and get your bill pdf in 2mins.
If you can't than atleast check in your first month bill that if they charged Rs250 as voice activation charge or Rs529 as clip charge or something something like that.
These charges are only one time and comes with first bill.
2.) Please share the pic of junction/splice box near your ONT with fiber cable,
And also pic of that dp box on outside pole near to your house from fiber cable came to your house .
3.) Maximum how many meters long fiber cable they provide free of cost?
4.) From how many days since you facing frequently connection loss and low downloading & uploading speed ?
5.) 30-40mbps download and 30mbps upload are low speeds for bsnl ftth, you should get above 50mbps both download & upload, if you closer to the WiFi ONT.
So, Try again the speedtest on Syrotech wifi ONT (not other WiFi router) when you closer (7-8 feet distance) and no wall in between and share the download & upload speed results.
