Syrotech wadont 2010 new firmware

I have Syrotech 2010 wadont ont , I want to install new firmware but it showing
Error vendor image not matched , I have uploaded same image which syrotech support given to me .

And it also not allowing ssh access showing connection timed out at port 22 , but in application menu in admin panel ssh is enabled ,

Please help me basically I have to install totally new firmware, please anyone have better idea please help .

Is there any particular need to update the firmware?
These ONT devices typically work reliably with the firmware they ship with.
