Taken Hathway

Hi Guys, I had taken sify but i don't like it so i switch it to hathway connection.I have Given 6months advance money to them to become installation charges free.But there r true cheater bcoz guy who came to my home for taking money told me that ur net will setup within 10days but no use 12days gone no reply.When i call them they told me It will done today or tmmrow but it also no use.Nobody is telling me what the situation is.Hathway operator told u will get 64-128 speed.Let see what happen.He told within saturday ur connection will be setup if not i will refund ur money.

64-128 kbps ???? which plan u apply and at what rate-duration ???? some of cable operators take max. 2 days for setting internet after registration...if they take too many days for set up then if in future if u get any problem, how many days they take for its solution ?????
