I have one doubt regarding TI BB. Is it possible to change a plan before the current package expires?

tataBB clearly stated if u change plan then ur NU will get deactivated and 99rs will not be refunded.

Yes. It is possible.

But i don't see any option for changing plans in "My Account". or should i call their cc for plan change?

ne idea when tata indicom NU plan will be made available again??ne1 following up on tht .?

Go to the Tata Indicom broadband website and go to tariffs or somewhere and there will be a option.

Didn't get it Crazysah. Can you point me to that link?

AFAIK doubt that one can change plan when one plan is active. plz. correct me if i am wrong. You can change plan only by opting to buy a different plan. (i.e. your renewal plan/queue) [ goto : My Account > My tarrif plan > My Renewal Plan Queue ] [ For buying : My Account > Renew my Connection ]The new plan only comes into effect when either1. the time period of the plan expires.2. You have 0 rs in your account plan. i.e. finish the current balance amount. eg. if for NU 99rs were cut on 12th & your next plan is an UL one & ur balance hr become 0 on 13th then your UL plan will start from 13th & your NU will also end on 13th when UL plan starts.3. The renewal plan apply in the order they are purchased. eg. if u buy an UL plan & then a Volume plan in ur queue , afer ur current plan expires 1st UL will start then Volume one.
