So many people change their name as advised by numerologists hoping fortunes will turn for the better.

Maybe a cooperative effort should be tried. Some community inn the US is doing that. Pool in funds and start your own local isp. The only problem is everyone will want 1:1 bandwidth for the price they pay. And some won't pay at all. Just like our housing co-ops.
