Tata DOCOMO 10/20/50/100Mbps High Speed FTTH Plans

Got back my Airtel connection a few days ago and disconnected the Tata line. The first thing I noticed is gaming is severly degraded. Even though my latencies are between 30 and 80ms LOWER on ADSL with 0% packet loss, there is significant input latency and stuttering compared to fibre. My 55ms experience on ADSL is the same as a 120ms experience on fibre.

And most sadly, they'll use this to justify giving crap plans, as in "users don't want high-speed" rather than "the service started sucking and we didn't/couldn't fix it".

The DoCoMo engineers actually called and told me there's nothing they can do and only the TTSL core team can fix it. They said they've sent TTSL an email and I never heard from them again.

I think you'll find that's what I said the real reason was/is (second half of the sentence), but that they'll justify it to themselves/the public/dot/trai/etc with the "users don't want/aren't willing to pay for high speed" schtick ;)
 
am using the 20mbps plan... seriously.. tata docomo broadband is useless.. i have complained about the internet not working 3times and still not a single person has responded to it.. whereas when i sent a mail regarding the bill i got a call in 2hrs... am planning to cancel this connection.. bsnl was way better than this shit.

Hi where exactly in OMR are you living? I called DoCoMo and booked a new connection yesterday. Hope the connection doesn't screw up :( here's the number - 1800 266 3030

The situation is same over here.
My connection was down for five days last month.
No one responded to the complaints made during this time.
Reliance BB was better - at least they responded to the complaints I make within two working days.
And here I am thinking two days (taken by Reliance BB engineers) to respond was a mess when I get absolutely no kind of response from the TD team for five days! :(
Long story short..had to ditch the connection.
