Tata Docomo operator blocks the WIFI Internet Tethering

Hi,
I use Tata Docomo operator and recently activated with 499rs plan. It comes with 2GB free 3G internet. I am able to use the internet in the mobile, but mobile WIFI hotspot is not working. WIFI tethering is not working with tata docomo.
Please let me know how to activate it.

I have HTC Desire 600 phone and it supports the WIFI hotsopt. I tested with Airtel SIM card. No issues with my handset, problem with the operator only.

Its not possible that operator sneaks into your mobile to block tethering dude. What steps do you follow to enable tethering.. and what error do you get.. Can you share some screenshots ?

Tethering is restricted by carrier even if the phone is unlocked.

I am able to tether my Docomo 3G connection with my laptop..
It's possible to block wi-fi tethering on smartphone by operator. AT&T did the same.

Both wifi hotspot and USB tethering working for me on Tata docomo... Don't know what's wrong in your case....
