Now it is time for matured guys to plan how to pay and watch.. No need to shout.Tata Sky rocks. whether up or down it can be seen now by the change in faces of some of its chamchas who once were licking TS as if there was no other world for them.Now their eyes got opened and they are see the real face of DTH.:rofl:

Even if we still not object TS will learn from the mistake as the new subscriber will be drastically down from june 1st. The sales team of TS will wonder how come sales dropped and will be amused about Customers discoonecting their TS connection which is going to happen from june.

I can't understand why do you worry so much about sales of Tata Sky when everyone is complaining about its cost. If you are a customer like us then you should be more worried about the price you pay to them and not about the their sales. Are you a sales man from Tatasky? If you are from sales then we can only feel sorry as your commisions are going to come down drastically.

I think TS will implement these new packages and i am sure TS will suffer a big loss in customer satisfaction level because of this new packages and due to the satisfaction level going down TS will be forced to do something benifiting the customers.

competition can really do wonders.... for example say about 1 - 1.5 years ago Tata Sky & dish tv used to charge about 3500 - 4000 for installationnow when big tv is about to be launched dish tv is offering 12 months free subscription with installation with free STB for Rs. 4000. so i guess even tata sky will come up with something.also as sundth_guy said that the packages are not yet confirmed, so lot is still to be said. also i've seen that 1st monsoon of most operators has been bad, so even if i opt for big tv, it will be after seeing the reactions of people after the monsoon starts or even after its over perhaps...

BIG is going to have almost all South Indian Channels. This alone will be the major reason for the new/old South Indian DTH subscribers to go for BIG.

Even feature-wise also BIG is superior, component video output, EPG for a single channel, 8 fav lists and also more Hindi-English Movie channels. Once my subscription expires, I will move to BIG. If quality and more content is available then cost becomes secondary (anyhow there will not be much difference). For very few people only in this forum, pricing may be a problem. For most of us the difference may be a couple of beers.

I went through the BIG TV forum and checked the screen shots and the Software they are using. The STB they have giving component in has made me say this. Tata Sky and DISH TV softwares and Hardwares sucks and they does not stand no where in terms of BIG TV offering.

I will change to Big TV once it is launched Officially no matter what there channel content is.
