tata sky channels missing

I spoke to customer care a couple of days ago and they said that a lot of people have been requesting Ten Action and they plan to bring it out by the end of this month on Tata Sky. Can a few of you'll call customer care and confirm this? Thanks.

I called them and they told me they've got numerous requests for adding these two channels.. but all they can do is tell the mgt.. and its upto the mgt to take the decision! I asked them if they've heard anything positive about it & they said no.. they haven't heard anytihing... and asked me to write a letter to the mgt on tatasky.com & told me i'd get a reply from the mgt itself! I REQUEST YOU GUYS TO DO THE SAME!!

yeh.. i meant a mail! i think theres an option to write to Tata Sky on the website!

That link is only to customer care. There is no email id of the management - for obvious reasons. I thought you were provided the management's email id - for a change.

He said writing a mail would make more sense and would elicit a response directly from the mgt.. so I just repeated what he said..
still think this is better than doing nothing & hoping that they magically decide to add ten action plus!

Huh. That was a script he read out from. Management doesn't bother about these emails. It is the same customer care department who will call you back and say that they are 'looking' into it.
