Tata Sky+ DTH Service: How many of you think customer service is more important than price

guys how many of you think customer service is more important than price especially when in absolute numbers ther is not much price difference amongst all players? And who do you think is the best in customer service? in my opinion i agree that price cannot be irrelevant but wen there is hardly any difference, customer service or quality of service takes over the price factor.

I think you are right when price is at parity, Customer Service becomes the differentiator. Your marketing lessons are in place. I think TS has the best CC, for atleast whenever I have spoken to people there, I have always had a good response. I dont know much about other DTH guys.
