Tata Sky+ DTH Service: Program guide and Record

For many regional channels like Gemini, Teja TV, TS+ is not providing proper program information like movie/program name, synopsis. Without knowing about the movie/program details in advance, I cannot use the advance record option. When the main features of TS+ includes advanced recording feature, they should provide upto date program information.

I agree that with respect to regional channels they are not giving proper EPG: I mean to say that movie name etc., for serials and other regular programmes the EPG is good............

I want to make a complaint to TS regarding this on their website, but could not find proper "nature of complaint"

cmon guys it happens at times...maybe the channels are transferring shedules efficiently enough!!!
