Tata Sky New Menu Banner Sucks

I have noticed that since my setup box was updated the program menu bar has increased its size now it contains a new row which displays stupid info like show case channels. The new program menubar its eating lot of space.How to get rid of it and roll back to the old menu bar?

Yes, it does. I have made a complaint with the Tata Sky helpline number but nothing seems to have been done about it.

They want it for additional advertising space to make more money so I doubt that they will remove it. You can expect the banner to start showing other text advertisements (Maxx mobiles for Rs. 999/- ) in addition to Showcase events pretty soon.

They will not do anything..I have done 1 thing ,, I have reduced the banner time to 2 seconds.

They think their customers are idiots. Which ad takes up half the screen space? Time to make Tata Sky suffer losses.

One more thingbefore this unfamous update when we switched off & on the digi com via remote the same channel was on the screen but now to increase viwers on their advertisement channel (that suppose to be tatskys homepage) the tv viewing is resumed from homepagesome viewes = more ad revenueI dont like TS to draging us to their homepage
