Tata Sky or Zee Dish Tv DTH?

Apart from TS i still have my cable along with digital cable.......when i compare the both i prefer TS.......the key problem with cable is the signal loss you never know when will loose signal.......last week for 2 days in my digital cable the pay channels were not coming due to some problem with service provider........yesterday night too there was a signal loss till the time i slept......Lastly you can say that there are not many takers for TS.........but still they have more than 3.5 million customers.......I am not supporting TS.............but my needs are fulfilled with TS and hence i am not regreting my TS purchase or TS+ purchase.........Lastly i wanted to many will say the package cost is high.......yes it is high when it is compared to other DTH's but i dont think the difference of that cost is very high......if some one is interested for cheaper package surely they can go for dish tv.......Lastly each one has got their own views.......it does not mean they are supporting it.....the needs vary from person to person.......one has to analyse which is the best for him rather than going for others words......Even in CAS you will end up in paying more if your susbcribe more than 40 pay channels..........

Yes .. I agree but still u have cable tv and Tata Sky.. u feel u can afford to both cable tv and DTH.. but my concentration is about one who has only one option left for viewing TV.

Even for that single connection the choice varies from person to person let the users take the call by listing down his requirement...........if his requirement matches with any of the DTH or cable let him take a call...........My requirement when i purchased TS:1. Decent number of tamil channels.........2. Sports channels3. English movie channels4. Hindi Movie channels......5. Enlgish news channels.......6. infotainment channels........7. Quality (No Compromise)8. Customer support (No Compromise)....9. willing to pay 20 or 30 more for the quality of the service which will not allow me to call the CC people often..........

My Cable Operator charges me Rs. 150 and i want to switch to Tata Sky(because of regular disconnections) so plz tell me TAta Sky is better or Dish Tv and suggest me a decent cheap plan...

Well I am a dishtv subscriber for quite some time and pretty happy with my dishtv. I suggest you to go for dishtv as based on your requirement it suits you. As dishtv is the most economical DTH availble.

1. Most Economical offers and packages.
2. Maximum number of channels.
3. Almost all the good channels are available on dishtv.
4. Better packaging.
5. Most economical ala-carte, and gives you an option so that you can pay what you watch.
6. Hardware and software is very good never faced any problem with hardwareand software.

In all dishtv is the most economical dth available with max number of channels.

Let me point out the Dish Tv does has downgrade charges. In Tata Sky, you can take a pack during say matches and then drop the package when you feel like. No other DTH provider charges downgrade charges except Dish Tv. They don't have any need to do so.

Yeah, Zee channels are not to everyone's taste and there is too much of it on Dish TV.
