Tata(Sky - Regarding Easy Recharge

I have faced lot of problems when my subscriber id was published in TS website 1 year back........:wall: and i hope you guys are aware of that. So dont give your subscriber id to any one..........:ashamed:

Its a long story my friend.........which i had posted long time back in TS section of our forum. To be short and crisp......... Last we the TS customers of this forum were together in getting the star cricket channel in TS platforum.........for almost 2 weeks we the TS customers of this forum made lots of phone calls to TS CC and worte emails to officials of TS. Finally just before the starting time of the England - India Test sereis in england StarCricket was made available in TS plarform. In this regard i sent and appereciation letter to CCOO of TS and the letter was published in TS website along with my Subscriber ID. with my subscriber ID one cable operator from shollapur misused...........he misused it by means of booking showcase movies, upgrading or down grading the packages........this was happening for 1 month and each time the office of the CCOO did the helpful things for me by means of reversing the amount to my account for the showcase movies ordered........Later one day the TS officials told me that the cable guy from shollapur will be playing with my subscriber id and they came forward and told me that they wanted to replace my existing digicomp box with a new digicomp box by which i will get a new subscriber id and they registered my digicomp box in my wife's name......then in 2 days time TS changed my digicomp box and now i dont face any problems with respect to malpractice of subscriber id..............:cool2: Thanks to TS on issue..........:thumb:

Aah...well..I need to be careful..But just a question.. why was that cable guy ordering showcase movie using ur subscriber ID..? what was he getting in return..? he wont be able to watch the movie ..

He was just having fun with me even though i was unknown.........Its simple he gives tensions to me and he feels happy even though i am unknown.....there are some creature in this world who wanted other to scratch their heads by means of them even though he does not see it...... One good example have you seen amitabhs' Sorryavamsam wherein in a seen Anum Kher will be standing in a bus stop and bus comes and stops in the stop a guy would be sleeping in the window he asks one of the passenger to wake him up and after waking him up he asks him" chaha kaise hain, bhabi kaise hain........some use less question related to his relatives" and then after that seen one of the person asks do you know that person really for which anupum kher tells him i dont know him and adds that he peace fully sleepting in the window seat and from now till his destination he will think about me scratching his head........

Better Recharge using Debit card. I am always using my Debit card to recharge Tata Sky. :dance:OFF TOPIC: Yesterday around 10:45 PM, all channels are went blank(only a think bar line at the bottom) only Audio, no video. EPG and other functions are worked properly. It was ok, only after i restart my STB. Anybody face this prob.

Oh..you are right..there are some people who are like that..I use my credit card to recharge my TS..

Yesterday around 10:45 PM, all channels are went blank(only a think bar line at the bottom) only Audio, no video. EPG and other functions are worked properly. It was ok, only after i restart my STB. Anybody face this prob.

Nop..I didnt.. I was watching Bigg Boss on colors..and nothing this kind of stuff had happened..

Then its a prob in my stb, if this prob continues how much i need to pay to TS to rectify it?

TS is in my living room and i used to see TS till 10.00 pm in the living room and after that i get into my bedroom and then i used to watch my tv with SCV STB............So i am not aware of that problem

If the prob only in my stb, how my i need to pay to rectify it? Do u have any idea?
