If still the problems persist then i think you need to call the TS CC to resort it out.........it would be free if you are in warranty period...........:thumbsupther wise TS will charge for you

Then its a prob in my stb, if this prob continues how much i need to pay to TS to rectify it?

Is your STB in warranty period..?? Else you might end up paying around 600 bucks for a visit of there technician.. Not confirm though..

I think its not issue dont bother Mr. Kumar thats not a major problem...........


Any way another query over here: guys did you get proper information in the epg of TS: ie: While watching star sports if i press the information button for most of the sports channel it states program synopsis not available please try after some time this happening for atleast a month.........the same problem happens with 4 days EPG too..............

Sorry now i am not getting Ten Sports, because i did not subscribe for that.
I got this info in other sports channels and also Ent. Channels.
