hi guys...
tomorrow there is hearing on Tata Sky sun tv case in tdsat
TELECOM DISPUTES SETTLEMENT & APPELLATE TRIBUNAL

lets wait..
also its still mentioned on cause list as for hearing.
this case sholud come under for judgement for us to get a final judgement.
so tomorrow is only hearing...
we still have to wait some more time!!

"for directions", i think that means they will give some advice to Tata Sky and sun on how to settle case and if advice cant be followed there wud be series of hearing again. in short june wud come and so will sun.

even after todays directions no news abt as to what directions were given..even no update in tdsat site on 18th may hearing and as well as on todays directions.I think it will still prolonge for months before which sun tv itself will give its channels as it needs star channels once it launches dth next month(june) Tata Sky would have waited patiently without going to TDSAT bcos no use for that mar 19th interim order .and TDSAT is impotential in enforcing its interim orders.
