My Friend , The News that it will launch on dish from december is the good news...
These guys frustrated us during the launch of Star Ckt saying that they have it on thier platform first.. Now it is payback time...:hysterical:


:hysterical: dishtv is also going to start sun channels form 1st sept along with Tata Sky... said that yesterday also and still i am on it... that it is confirmed that both DTH will get sun channels from 1st september. and Sun DTH is launching after 15th sept.

dishtv could get channels sooner than tatasky again..:thumbsup:

Tata Sky people are very smart! If you visit the website of Tata Sky under the list of Channels, if you see it is written in little fonts that Tata Sky reserves the right to add or drop any channel at any point of time.

So, beware before you take a connection who knows that they may add some channel now to entice the customer and drop it after sometime when they take the connection.:madness:

Yes, they have this clause of adding/removing channels at their will. But it is merely a means to avoid any legal issues if at all they happen.

Tata Sky wouldn't have withdrawn the petition without getting a firm commitment from Sun on the probable data for beaming channels. If they are not sharing it with its customers then it means that it far from Sept atleast.

If we don't pay the subscription u cannot watch any channels through Tata Sky not even free to FTA channels but it is not in the case of Dish TV. What if I don't pay the subscription for a month and start paying after sometime. Is there any penalty or something for restoring the connection again ?
These are all the facts that the Consumer must be aware of before taking a Connection.
