Telephone instrument

Hi, :clap:I had installed unlimited 256kbps in my home about 2yrs ago. And i dont have a telephone instrument. :clap:My question is does Airtel provide instrument free of charge? And can i get it now, given that i dont have it? :clap:

I am not sure about the rules, but knowing Airtel, they would be more than glad to add one to your existing connection - may be with a plan change. There wouldn't be any rentals, since they know having a landline phone nearby when there is a urge to call always helps the telco more than the customer

Yes, if you already have Airtel broadband, you may get a instrument for free. You need to talk with Customer Care at once.
