Teracom-LW273 (BSNL-3g) data card not working in desktop xp-sp2

I have Teracom-LW273 (BSNL-3g).The driver is installed correctly and device used to work correctly with laptop.Now, when I connect to PC, it detects the device, and gives msg 'Sim ready'.But later gives a pop-up "No response from device. please reboot the device."I am using XP SP2.The problem is that the device gets rebooted just after detecting the SIM. It not even searches for network. The only thing that I could do is to remove and plug it again. It is not even allowing me to try to connect to internet; device just reboots everytime.Can anyone explain.Thanks in advance
