Terrible stream quality on Hotstar live stream

Can you share the full report. They also share which ips you connect to. Maybe they are far away from your location?

Working fine here on my end. Something must be wrong with your configuration. How is the loading speed on other sites?

Everything else works fine. Even Hotstar works ok when not streaming live events. It only has issues when there is a live match

Hotstar stream sports at 25FPS only. The picture on screen is not satisfactory, it's certainly jittery, not smooth. SonyLiv & Amazon prime stream with 50FPS at least. But hotstar not coming to that point.

Hotstar insults the sports stream users with 25FPS jittery picture.

Maybe that's the reason?

I'm facing the same issue on bsnl ftth.Hotstar Live streaming(ipl- epl) stops working in every 5-10 mins,whereas internet connection is still fine.
