so basically based on timezones it is releasing in india on the same day as internationally.

Unless the sun has started rising from the west, NZ,aus, etc are getting it a day earlier. It can't be 20th in India and 19th in NZ at the same time. Reverse is possible (20th in NZ/Aus and 19th in India since they are ahead a few hours).

argh right. maybe it launches on the night of 19th there and night of 20th here in india? matrix i remember had the same time launch in a lot of markets which meant that in some countries, the first show was played at awkward timings.

Still can't be the same time if it's launching in NZ on the 19th and India on 20th. By the time it's the 20th in India or anywhere else in the world, it HAS to be 20 in NZ too.

yeah. at least it is launching here earlier than the US market just like avengers

Yeah, that's good for us Indians. Too bad I won't get a chance to see it (or any other movie for that matters) on a weekday. Sundays are the only possibility :/

Sunday is still better than Friday or Saturday for the opening week. Most people prefer catching a new flick on Friday or Saturday because the next day is off. Sunday? Not so much. But this applies only to late night shows which I tend to watch myself.

If I remember correctly Australia follows a Thursday release model, India does Friday. Remember a friend who went there telling me.

yeah. anne hathway in latex suit. who wouldn't go to this movie :3

After watching trailer #3, I am hoping that hathaway doesn't ruin this movie. There is just no genuine emotion from her.
