absolutely. Smaller players do not track users. bigger players have big teams for checking each user's surfing habbits.

Big players can easily provide 300 mbps for 500rs but they want to squeeze as much profit as possible.
 
Broadband speed hike won't happen till 2030 or something since 5G couldn't be monetized, and they don't want to lose any 4G or 5G customers to high speed 300mbps under 1000rs broadband
 
airtel and jio and their subsidiaries are definitely doing DPI etc, when browsing you can feel kind of lag that doesn't happen when you use local or ACT.
 
I mean why track via isp when big tech employs heuristics to do it for you? Just ask the data through them, they even know when you sit in toiled operating your phone.....
 
absolutely @Smh . lag is more prominent on jio that airtel but yes local isp's doesn't have start lag.
@Rickysin True. I think Airtel just have better implementation or hardware to handle it. Because JioFiber works great in the morning, but works horrible later in the day, especially at night. Airtel remains pretty much the same throughout the day.
