No, but they are not an associate cricket nation. ICC recognizes cricket being played there & that this group is sort of handling or managing it.
So basically a group of casual folks who play there for fun and sort of unofficial representatives in the country - not sure what's the govt recognition status.


THE BOARD

The Icelandic Cricket Association is an amateur organisation, overseen by an elected Board of volunteers.
 
Zimbabwe beating Aussies & Sri Lanka, kicking Aussies out early in the World Cup. Looks like a resurgence of Zimbabwe Cricket after a long time after the peak in the late 90s and early 2000s
