I don't think this is the last season. There has been no indication whatsoever so far.
 
someone mentioned on the thread that the channel (or the makers of the show) are known to not reveal beforehand when a particular show is scheduled to end.
 
When asked if the upcoming seventh season is being planned as its last, co-creator Robert King told us, "Can we leave that unanswered for the moment? I think all will become clear very, very soon."

Is The Good Wife Is Ending?

from the looks of it, the show can run for 7 more seasons :D they might soon need to rename the show as The First Lady :D
 
finale would have saint alicia divorcing peter and saying... i am sick and tired of being the good wife.
 
Dammit. Forgot about her.
But seriously the only guy who has been loyal to Alicia throughout is Eli through her ups and downs. And whoever wrote his character needs an award.
 
probably the worst episode of the season. the ending was awful. the interaction between the judge and alicia? distasteful.
