Well, even I am not 100% sure. Just see the legs to get my point & going by the colour of the people. The black guy cannot be facing away & having white legs facing us.I am purely going by the assumption that its not a photoshopped image. Like some heads have been adjusted etc. I am assuming its a normal picture, where people have sort of dressed or taken it in such a way to give a different illusion.

IMO: Photoshopped! Download and Zoom it into legs, Watch the shadow too.

Yeah, if photoshopped than thats the mistake, the legs direction etc. I was thinking if a person is there with head hidden in the black guy's shirt. and the last person has legs rolled up in the air or something
