Umm, I didn't quite get that. As I understand, the answer to my question is yes but its a NO to pirated content. Pirated content as in ?

if you want to talk about tracker services fine. if you are going to talk about using this tracker to download this time of file (movie/tv/software etc). it becomes a problem.
