i can guarantee its normal type stabilizer and not servo type, if it was you would have known , and you would be proud of it , also servo type costs a bomb but is worth it in long term , appliances dont burn out
 
200v below only?
lol , my area voltage is down below 200v always , almost always, i also have a large stabilizer for home mains for last 20 years , apart from fridge and AC
