Yes it is absolutely fake, and this thread is to discuss and make people aware to not waste time with these all fake screenshot people post in this forum to make an illusion. Data link layer is like a water pipe, you can't increase the flow of water without increasing pressure no matter how big the diameter of pipe is, Having said that Data rate is locked by provider side so its practically impossible.
