How does one drive a cat stuck in the basement of the house out of the house? Coz I have one right here in my basement and the only thing separating me with it is a wooden wall.

Well it did not react when I threw a LED Torch light right in its eye. It runs away when I go out of my dungeon. Let's hope the morning light would help coz I can keep the door open. For now, I am stuck in this partition of the basement

It should react to sounds...scaring it away is the best option, without going near.
