must be a pain to drive a car with so much plastic/metal floating around in pune traffic.
 
Thats called a head turner literally . I have never seen anything like that even in Singapore.
 
probably because it is very expensive and pretty hard to own a regular car in singapore. this kind of car is probably not even legal on most roads. as one of the comments on the article said, it would be pretty strange if the modifications are legal as per indian laws.
