Comments below the video suggests to it being lemon pieces that dissolve in hot water and the video being false..though i have my reservations having watched the video.. eww!

the video in first post is from the company showcasing that they are indeed lemon pieces which dissolve in water. the accusation video does not show any moving living creature. just because something looks like worm does not make them worm :\
