and yes. i do not want to live here. rwas are useless. they have become political bodies. the heads think about themselves and not the welfare of the society. it is better to live in a society where the local society body is generally much better at resolving issues between the multiple parties. no one can mess around with the living space of another resident.

That's also the case with many societies but there you atleast you get equal parking space but that is just limited to just 2 cars for the most part in old societies with less space.

yup. in my old society... you paid for extra parking space. people cannot just park their cars in your space and get away with it. there are fixed parking space for each party who paid for it. and separate parking for guests. regular sectors are basically open to abuse to anyone. the more abusive you can be, the more rights you have in your living space in a sector. rwa is not going to interfere. police is not going to interfere. because people just learn to live with it.
