BSNL Broadband's new revolutionary (lol) broadband plans with minimum 2mbps speeds (lol)

This guy [raju ram din] posted some screenshots, stating that he is able to get 8MBPS by manipulating data link layer. I just spoke with a person who has 15 years of experience in telecom integration and vast knowledge in osi layer model. He said that line rate is locked by your provide and this is not possible, its physics and straight forward.
Are these screenshots manipulated or is it really possible? :P Manipulated lol

FYI..I've worked with OSI model as well..Its possible if its in your own network..highly impossible in Internet..

Well i guess ....you and your expert has to learn "physics" then!

Raju Ram Din has hacked into Pentagon, Bypassed CIA's firewalls.
Ah....how do you?...i wonder;).....but i guess, i can fi d better movie torrents at other places...... So why to waste time on this ...lolz

Partly correct. As you said it is doable if you are in your own network. And remember internet is also collection of network. So it is technically possible.....i guess you already know the basics.

I have tried googling.I have learnt the OSI and tcp/ip layers.Other than that i don't understand how you go about data packets.
