whether i am driving a car or a bike... i have this habit of staying clear of the vehicles around me. but it does not really work.there have been so many instances i would stop at a red light with enough space around me. the traffic behind would start piling up and bikers and scooter riders would dive in from any hole and would stick their vehicles with your car.my car has seen so many scratches from these people who just would not keep a distance from the surrounding vehicles. god i hate when someone hits my car and leave a dent/scratch for no mistake of mine. so i tend to be extra careful while riding on a bike because i do not want to end up doing the same to someone else.
i do feel much more safer in car even though i drive it like a mad man. no logical reason though i guess if i drive the bike as much as i drive the car, i would not feel as insecure driving it around. hmm.
not here in gurgaon. the delhi gurgaon expressway is the highway of death. bikes and autos are not allowed on the highway but no one bothers to stop them. and these are the ones which tend to get involved in accidents. people are dying almost on a daily basis on the delhi gurgaon expressway. and i end up seeing some nasty ones myself when i am going to delhi.
I am on my bullet 4S.kind of accustomed of riding 2 wheelers for the past 10-11 years.always have a alert mind while riding 2 wheelers.wear helmet.and use left/right hands as indicator apart from the indicators of the bike.still ,I had a major accident with RX100 on 2001 with a mahindra JEEP.bike totalled.
Riding bike now a days is a risky job.. and I hate these pulsar owners.. they think its only them who r riding on the road.. They never think abt other people..
