I just came across an interesting article in the Mumbai edition of the Economic Times titled "The United States of Ameerpet", which focuses on the little known IT training institutes, most of them illegal and using of course pirated software, in the Ameerpet area of Hyderabad, which teach IT courses at throwaway prices. Thousands of students from all over the country come to Ameerpet, H'bad to learn and get a job in the IT sector, thinking these so called institutes will teach them great skills. I can't find the article on the net now. But the newspapers is dated 22nd Sept, 2010. Thanks.
