Hi ,
for the past 5-6 months ,I am facing lot of frequent disconnection problems with H500 plan in Muvattupuzha town ,Kerala under the same exchange.
Now ,2 months back there was a temporary fix for a week or so.again ,same low speeds ,disconnections happened.
I contacted almost all authorities personally too.not even one fellow there can help me!

the problem is with the exchange's port allocated to my dataone connection.every 4-5 minutes ,the connection disconnects!.the morons there cant help me!they says they dont know what to do!
where should I complain about this?
for upto mid 2008 ,I had no problems(almost!) with dataone.but ,now it is terrible.5 minute disconnection is the major villain.
I got a D-Link GLB-802C broadband router purchased.I last week gave it to d-link to check whether some problem is with the router.and the router is fine.then checked with the 2 splitters ,I have.they also works fine.
No noise in my land line.everything is fine except the BSNL's broadband support staff!.I dont want to subscribe asianet broadband which sucks real bad!So ,Kindly suggest where I need to complain?

Just checked :
exactly every 5 minutes(perfect) it disconnects!
I just noted at 2:50:24 it reconnected and at 2:55:24 it disconnects!what a .... :x
