Tikona Prepaid Recharge

So my sister doesn't want to recharge Tikona prepaid because they won't be in town for a couple of weeks. So, can they just come back and recharge, do they need to inform or anything.. Any hassles in recharging after a break of 15 days of due date...

Looks like its not like mobile prepaid, but more like Reliance broadband prepaid wherein you pay money in advance ., i.e. Advance Rental Plan.. So have asked sis to just switch to lowest plan while they are away...

Tikona does offer safe custody option for a pretty reasonable price, call their customer care to get more info. I have used this in past but can't remember the actual charges

Ok, found out that it's actually Rs.3 per day: Rs.45 + applicable taxes for 15 says and you need to recharge your account with this amount in advance before this is activated.

Word of advice: always call them the second time to confirm that the safe custody is properly activated
