Time To Get Reliance Broadband

I filled the form which is on their website on april 19th 2014 and still i have got no call from them despite my 4 calls and 5 emails to them. everytime i call they say it is feasible and their service people will call me in 1 business day...
Is your experince like this too?? I live in pune and i am dilemma over YOU broadband and reliance wireline.

I've had a similar experience, customer care says that the connection is feasible but later the service guys check the locality and say that it's not feasible

They take quite some time for this entire process

Get Hathway if it has feasibility in your location!

Yeah their shitty cc officer called and said it is not feasible...
I said but your office is within walking distance (5 mins) but NO...
he said we can give you wireless...
just wasted my 13 days

Weird because I filled their applying form and got the call within 6 hours, scheduled connection date on May 5.

As you can see I posted a week ago for applying connection, got it on May 8 after making several calls and emailing them. Now I'm facing speed issues, getting 1Mbps instead of 2Mbps. Very disappointed!

Also no Wifi modem and no land line phone
