umm netfreak has said many times before that vsnl and reliance provides telephone connections in corporate offices :Pumm maybe not... reliance does atleast. and i hope they would launch their services in my sector.

It is a US Number!

I just called with Skype. Found out here that we can make free calls to any US tollfree number using SkypeOUT (yep you don't need to buy any credit!)

Called them up, and went through the whole procedure, told my problem, then my monitor's serial number, etc.. and in the end the guy asks whats your mobile number? I tell him I'm calling from India and then the guy goes OOooOOoo.. I'm sorry you'll have to call up the local customer service number. I said please look that up for me, he keeps me on hold for a short while and then after asks me.. What language do u have in India ? :| .. I said language is Hindi, but why do you ask. He says, I'm sorry but I cannot read the ViewSonic India website, its in Hindi.. :|

And I visit the URL he told me.. its entirely in English.. doesn't have any option for Hindi.

Anyway.. netfreak was right.. they're India support number is 1800 11 9999 (ViewSonic - Knowledge Base)

I've already mailed to that mail id 2 times. One short to the point mail and one rather long elaborate one explaining my grievances with the support service cuz i never got reply to the first one :)

Anyway, This is the number that I've to somehow call now: 1800 11 9999

thought so... incidentally, mailing to icici's customer support ID has worked for me several times in the past. much better than their support offered through the infiniti service. :P

can u pass link to that service?

i was visiting page 2 and didnt know link was already on page 3

umm asking me? customer.care@icicibank.com works fine. they give personal replies to your problems. and they usually are better solvers...

nope i striked that.. i read last post on page 2 and thought its over .. so i was actually asking netfreak but anyway he had already posted link on page 3..actually he confused me by saying VSNL instead of tataindicom as VSNL was just into internet services.

VSNL deals with Enterprise customers and TI deals with Individuals on copper. All the bills we receive are from VSNL only and TI is not involved.
