Chris Evans has said the Top Gear footage from in front of the Cenotaph should not be broadcast.
The new host of the BBC motoring show has apologised once again over the 'disrespectful scenes' that showed Matt LeBlanc making 'donuts' with a car in front of the war memorial in central London.
"That footage will definitely not go on the air, no question about it," he told BBC news, adding: "We're all mortified by it, so absolutely, one hundred percent, it should not be shown."
But he also added that it was not up to him to make the decision, but if it was, he would cut it, adding: "It's not my decision, but if it was my decision then I would say that particular scene shouldn't be shown, and I think that everybody will agree."
